"Update- I accidentally gave the wrong close date to Ms Bess and instead of showing how frustrating it was to have all her work undone she immediately corrected my mistake. Thank you Ms Tracy Bess for your help and patience. I was having difficulty trying to get insurance for a second home in Charleston while living in Florida and was anticipating stress and difficulties. However Ms Tracy Bess was able to work closely with me and give me the coverage needed at a reasonable price."

"I am over 40 yrs old and have been with Nationwide Insurance since i was old enough to drive. Now that i am grown i have homeowners and car insurance with them. Over the past year my policy rates have steadily gone up and i haven’t filed any claims for a car accident or incidents with my home. So this last time out of frustration and funds being very tight i called Nationwide to see why my rates were going up more and more and to see if they could do anything to help get my rates down. I Contacted them 3 diff times each time saying it would take a minute for them to look at it and they would call me back. I Never received a call back. So i did an online quote before I went to work early one morning and got a call back the SAME DAY from a very nice lady named Tracy. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. I work outside moving around all day and i had an earpiece in. When she would ask me something and it took me a second to get what she needed she waited so patiently. Her quote for both car/homeowners insurance went so smoothly. Fortunately i had access to all the information she needed to get me switched over. Even if I wasn’t going to save any money i was ready to switch since i had such a bad customer service experience with Nationwide and now i’m having this fantastic experience with Tracy. Not only was she great but the rates were much better as well, which was a relief!!!!!"
